We now run four Mums and Toddlers groups, on Monday mornings, Tuesday mornings, Wednesday afternoons and Thursday mornings each week of the school term. The groups are organised by members of the Church with the purpose of providing a facility for Mums, Dads and minders where they can meet together to relax whilst their children play in a safe, stimulating and comfortable environment.

Free play is encouraged amongst the children with a wide range of toys suitable for babies to 5 year olds. A structured craft activity is arranged for the over 2s. Refreshments are provided, usually a hot drink for the adults and a cold drink and biscuits for the children.

We try to keep the cost really low at only £1 per family per week, but the adults will be asked to help with making the refreshments, washing up and putting the toys away!

We encourage parents to bring their children to the Church on Sundays. Our morning Family Service begins at 10:00am and lasts just over an hour. The children join in the service for the first 15 minutes then go off to their own Sunday School classes or under 3s to the creche. We welcome youngsters in our Church and them making a noise isn't a problem! The morning Family Service is fairly informal but will include a 'teaching' from the Bible, a time of prayer and music ranging from traditional Hymns through to modern praise songs. We have refreshments after the Service and there is a good opportunity to meet other families from the village who enjoy coming to our services and sharing in a caring Christian environment.
