As a Bible-centred church we always encourage our small groups to explore and discuss the Bible together, but as a growing church we recognise that small groups fulfil two other very important functions in the life of the church. First, they provide access to meaningful relationships in a larger church and, second, they are a mechanism for mobilising people into practical service. We always recommend that newcomers join a small group as a way into church life.
We offer all sorts of small groups that meet different needs at a variety of times and locations during the week. These include evening and daytime Bible study and discussion groups – some are mixed and others are not, for more details please see the church diary. We also run occasional life-issues groups, Christianity Explored groups for newcomers, and a discipleship course for those who want to firm-up their faith.
We also offer a monthly breakfast – one for ladies and one for men – each providing an opportunity for developing friendships and encouraging others in their Christian lives.
If you are interested in joining one of these groups please contact the church office for more details.
