UPCOMING EVENTS

  • Christianity Explored

    Starts Wednesday 17th September, 8-9:30pm

Christianity Explored is a course we run regularly in our coffee shop, designed for the curious to explore the big questions of life and faith together.

The course is free and runs one night a week for 6 weeks where you will learn all the basics of the Christian faith. Each evening has time for chat, content from the front, and questions.

Come along and bring a friend. If you can, please let us know that you’re planning on joining.

  • Essex Men's Conference

    Saturday 11th October, 9am-3pm.

Come join us with men from over 50 churches for the third Essex Men’s Conference.

We’re delighted to be joined by Dr. Dan Strange, Director of Crosslands training course. He’ll be speaking to us on the topic of God’s greatness and the awfulness of idolatry from the book of Isaiah.

As ever, there will be loud singing and a brilliant book shop from 10 of those.

    Don’t miss it.

  • Understanding Trauma: A Christian Response

    Sunday 19th October, 6:15pm - 8:30pm

Join us for an evening seminar designed to help Christians gain a deeper understanding of trauma—what it is, how it impacts individuals (including their experience of church), and how we can respond with compassion and wisdom.

    Together we'll explore:

    What is trauma?

    How does trauma affect us?

How should Christians think about trauma?

How can churches respond wisely and lovingly?

Christ meets us in our suffering. His grace enables us to walk alongside others in theirs. We warmly invite you to come and reflect on these important issues with us.

    Free entry.
